Giving back is woven into Microsoft’s culture, and over several years we helped them keep their annual philanthropic giving campaign fresh and engaging—especially for newer employees. We designed creative for everything from the employee-funded October Give campaign to Hack for Good and Volunteer initiatives, bringing warmth and personality to everything from web banners to posters to on-campus signage. All with the Give campaign logomark as its central rallying cry. We put the spotlight on real employee stories through a mix of dramatic photography, playful illustrations, and animation highlighting their impacts and inspiring others to join in and give.
